We are looking for an Operations Manager, please see below: The Operations Manager will support the CEO/Founder in every facet of his business life. This is a highly critical role and opportunity to be part of the expansion of the vision of the 12:45 Team and other future businesses.
The Operations Manager will be both task-oriented and exhibit a high level of attention to detail as well as display a high level of capacity with the wide variety of people whose lives and careers intersect with the CEO. This person will often be the first line of communication between the CEO/Founder and 12:45 Team management, associates, clients and allied resources. Loyal, dependable and extremely trustworthy, the Operations Manager will be an integral part of the growth of the organization for many years to come.
The Operations Manager is an individual who thrives on pleasing others. She/He is known as a very supportive individual. This person can be assertive when the situation calls for it. This person relishes the opportunity to be a team player and provide value to the overall vision. The Operations Manager is deeply committed to getting the job done, as he/she gets energy from helping others. This person loves creating processes and making things better. He/She is always eager to solve a problem. This person has extremely strong computer skills and is adept at communicating through various avenues. He/She will be able to anticipate the CEO’s plans and thoughts and help maintain focus on the pre-set objectives of the organization.
Over time, the Operations Manager will come to know the CEO/Founder, the Management Team and the CEO/Founder’s family very closely and they will learn the recruiting and training processes to build a high level team around them. The right person is likely already working somewhere and quite satisfied and is curious about more opportunities and growth.
